OLIVIER LETARD - chairman and corporate business development

As Cofounder of idCAD Consulting, which later became PCO Innovation, Olivier is a French-Canadian businessman whose passion is industry, its challenges regarding innovation and collaborative work and specifically those associated with implementing PLM methodologies.

Due to his audacity, flair and international network of contacts, Olivier earned the trust of some of the world’s most respected industrialists, elevating PCO Innovation to the position of global independent leader in PLM services.

In addition to his activities at PCO Innovation, Olivier participated in launching several other businesses in various industries, such as software development, travel, motion pictures and food services. His multiple success stories are largely related to an innovative and original approach… an approach which is inspired from the unequaled know-how found at PCO Innovation.

ETIENNE BORGEAT - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Étienne Borgeat, cofounder of PCO Innovation and successful entrepreneur, has had a profound effect on the PLM industry over the last 15 years. After earning a degree in mechanical engineering from the École Polytechnique in 1995, he started his career as an engineering consultant and rapidly rose to a management position within an IT consulting company.

Since it was founded in 2000, PCO Innovation has experienced consistent and responsible growth. From the outset, Etienne has been able to surround himself with employees who share his business values: excellent skills, the importance of job satisfaction, accountability and mutual respect. In 2007, he purchased PCO Technologie, a French company that was active in the European PLM market. In 2009, Etienne was awarded the “Québec Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award by ARISTA as he led PCO Innovation to spot seven in its celebrated “Profit 100” classification. In 2010, he came in first in Ernst & Young’s “Grand Prix de l’entrepreneur” for Québec.

Competitive, determined, and ambitious, when it comes to business, Étienne Bourgeat understands the big picture. This has given him the ability to analyze obstacles and develop strategies for overcoming them. Through his leadership and vision, PCO Innovation has entered a new phase of growth during which it will consolidate the American PLM market and continue to develop new sectors of activities. 

ANDRÉ GAREAU - advisor to the ceo

André Gareau is a respected and influential business leader with a unique expertise in the planning and implementation of growth strategies for businesses in both national and international markets. A man of action, energetic and bold, he has made his mark in several sectors of economic activity. In his business management functions, his objective is clear: to create values for the shareholders, the customers, and the employees.

ERIC DESBIENS - strategy

Eric Desbiens is a serial entrepreneur. He joined PCO Innovation in 2010, Eric is responsible for business strategy, technologies and marketing. In 2002, Eric founded a company that offers strategic consulting services in information technology. Under his leadership, the company experienced strong growth and became a key player in the Canadian market. He launched five other successful companies in the fields of technology, internet services, consulting and food service. Eric also held the position of vice-president of outsourcing and telecommunication at Cognicase, a company with $400 million in sales; Cognicase was acquired by CGI in 2003. Eric also worked  for eight years for the Canadian Armed Forces. Today, Eric remains very active in the business community and sits on several company and organization boards. In 2007 and 2010, he was a finalist in the province of Quebec, for the Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year”.

DENIS BLAIS - finance and administration

A manager for more than 25 years, Denis Blais has acquired multidisciplinary skills in finance, construction project management, services management (finance, accounting, IT, and administration), corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy management. Denis has held positions as vice-president of finance for companies in the fields of aeronautics (3 years), pharmaceuticals (13 years), and construction (2 years).

KALINA MORIN - human resources

Kalina Morin has 15 years of experience in setting up various human resource services and was directly involved in corporate mergers for 6 years. She joined PCO Innovation in 2008 and spent two years working in France. She now manages a multidisciplinary team which is dedicated in recruiting top candidates, promote loyalty of collaborators and reach new frontiers.

Kalina’s experience was mainly acquired in engineering and information technology service organizations experiencing high growth and acting in multiple local and international sites. Her fields of expertise include change management, organizational development, communications, recruiting and employee relations.

MARC MONIER - Operations france

A person familiar with the world of production and operations from the time he was an engineering student and during his first years in business as a production manager, Marc Monier rapidly included an information systems (IS) segment (ERP and supply chain project) to his portfolio, initially for a solutions developer and then with PCO Innovation for the last seven years. He was a principal consultant on IS project management assignments and gradually worked his way up to head of a branch office. For the past year, Marc has been head of operations in France. Not only does understands PCO Innovation’s values, focus and activities but  his leadership proves to be pragmatic, effective  and imbued with team spirit.

CARL FORTIN -  operations north america

Carl Fortin joined PCO Innovation in 2000. Since then, he has held several positions that have contributed to the company’s sustained growth. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to become actively involved with shareholders in setting up IT and HR departments while carrying out his duties as contract coordinator, project manager, and director of R&D. During the 2007 merger of idCAD and PCO Technologies, Carl assumed the position of head of operations for North America, where he put together a team of talented individuals who trusted him in pursuing the company’s continued growth in the region. Carl graduated with a degree in computer engineering from the University of Laval in 1997. He began his career as a PLM consultant for ACT, and as team leader was pivotal in setting up a PLM solution for many clients in Europe and Asia.

FLAVIEN PARREL - sales europe

Flavien Parrel joined PCO Innovation in 2002 as a sales manager. Promoted to sales director in 2006, 10 years deeply involved in developing PCO Innovation’s business has allowed him to become a key player in the company’s transformation into its current position as the independent world leader of PLM services. Before joining PCO Innovation, Mr. Parrel had a successful career as a sales engineer, large accounts manager, sales manager, and business unit manager for some of the world’s largest PLM/ERP developers (PTC, Sage, etc.). With more than 15 years in PLM sales (service and software), Mr. Parrel has developed an insider’s knowledge of the PLM market, its services and ecosystem.

SÉBASTIEN GRAU - presales and technologies

After four years in PLM software development, Sébastien Grau joined PCO Innovation in 2000. He held successive positions as PLM solutions expert, implementation project manager and business consultant. Mr. Grau then served as head of pre-sales and marketing for France. A strong PLM supporter interested in addressing manufacturing requirements and the challenge of spreading the PCO model internationally, Mr. Grau has set up and leads the “DOT” team, which provides support to the company’s sales and operations activities. This team has one key objective––ensuring the quality of the PLM technology integration services that PCO Innovation provides.

PHILIPPE GAUTREAU - business consulting

Following four years in the aeronautics industry, Philippe Gautreau joined one of the largest PLM software developers and worked there for over 10 years, initially as a support engineer, then as a pre-sales consultant, and finally as head of technology. To round out his practical PLM experience with a more strategic vision, Mr. Gautreau enrolled himself in an Executive MBA program at EM Lyon. After completing the program, he joined PCO Innovation, where in 2008 he was became director of consulting services. Since then he has been developing PCO Innovation’s consulting activities by focusing on capitalization, communication, and methodology.
