OLIVIER LÉTARD - chairman and corporate business development

Cofounder of idCAD Consulting, which later became PCO Innovation, Olivier is a French-Canadian businessman with a passion for industry and its challenges in the fields of innovation, collaborative work, and more generally, those associated with the implementation of PLM processes.

Due to his audacity, flair and international network of contacts, Olivier earned the trust of some of the world’s most respected industrialists, elevating PCO Innovation to the position of global independent leader in PLM services.

In addition to his activities at PCO Innovation, Olivier participated helped launch other businesses in various industries, such as software development, travel, cinema and food services. His multiple success stories are largely related to an innovative and original approach… an approach drawing its inspiration from the unequaled know-how found at PCO Innovation.

     

 

 

ÉTIENNE BORGEAT - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Étienne Borgeat, cofounder of PCO Innovation and successful entrepreneur, has had a profound effect on the PLM industry over the last 15 years. After earning a degree in mechanical engineering from the École Polytechnique in 1995, he started his career as an engineering consultant and rapidly rose to a management position in an IT consulting company.

Since it was founded in 2000, PCO Innovation has experienced consistent and responsible growth. From the outset, Étienne has been able to surround himself with employees who share his business values: enjoyable work, accountability, and mutual respect. In 2007, he purchased PCO Technologies, a French company operating in the European PLM market. In 2009, Étienne was awarded the “Québec Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award by ARISTA as he led PCO Innovation to rank 7th in its celebrated “Profit 100” classification. In 2010, he came in first in Ernst & Young’s “Grand Prix de l’entrepreneur” for Quebec.

Competitive, determined, and ambitious, when it comes to business, Étienne Bourgeat understands the big picture. This has given him the ability to analyze obstacles and develop strategies for overcoming them. Through his leadership and vision, PCO Innovation has entered a new phase of growth during which it will consolidate the American PLM market and continue to develop new sectors of activities. 

     

 

 

ERIC DESBIENS - CHIEF strategy OFFICER AND DIRECTOR OF GERMAN OPERATIONS

Eric Desbiens is a serial and successful entrepreneur based in both Montréal (Canada) and Munich (Germany). He joined PCO Innovation’s team in 2010 and is in charge of business strategy, technologies and marketing. In 2012, he also became responsible for the development of operations in Germany. In 2002, he founded a company that offers strategic consulting services in information technology. Under his leadership, the company experienced strong growth and became a key player in the Canadian market. He launched five other successful companies in the fields of technology, Internet services, consulting, and food service. Eric also held the position of vice-president of outsourcing and telecommunications at Cognicase, a company reporting $400 million in sales. Cognicase was acquired by CGI in 2003. In 2007 and 2010, he was a finalist for the Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” Award for Quebec. Furthermore, for eight years Eric worked for the Canadian Armed Forces. Today, he remains very active in the business community and sits on several company and organization boards. 

     

 

 

DENIS BLAIS - finance and administration

A manager for more than 25 years, Denis Blais has acquired multidisciplinary skills in finance, construction project management, services management (finance, accounting, IT, and administration), corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy management. Denis has held positions as vice-president of finance for companies in the fields of aeronautics (3 years), pharmaceuticals (13 years), and construction (2 years).

     

 

 

Linda Gosselin - human resources

Linda has more than twenty years of experience as a Human Resources Leader in national and multi-national companies. Her experience spans across various sectors and industries ranging from health, food, and finance to creative media and entertainment to aerospace and high tech.

Throughout her career, she has differentiated herself by her win-win approach during the negotiation of collective agreements, by her conviction in a participative management approach within a corporate culture and by her talent as an integrator in corporate acquisition.

Her expertise in organizational development, coaching, talent management and succession planning, business transformation and innovation will contribute to PCO Innovation’s growth objectives.

     

 

 

MARC MONIER - Operations france

Marc became familiar with the world of production and operations as an engineering student and then as a production manager during his first years in business. He rapidly added an information systems (IS) experience (ERP and supply chain project) to his portfolio for a solutions publisher and then joined PCO Innovation. Marc began his journey at PCO Innovation as the main consultant on IS project management assignments and then gradually worked his way up to manager of the branch office. For the past year, Marc has been head of operations in France. Not only does he understand PCO Innovations values, focus, and activities, but his leadership proves to be pragmatic, effective, and imbued with team spirit.

     

 

 

CARL FORTIN -  North American operations

Carl Fortin joined PCO Innovation in 2000. Since then, he has held several positions that have contributed to the company’s sustained growth. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to become actively involved with shareholders in setting up IT and HR departments, while carrying out his duties as contract coordinator, project manager, and director of R&D. During the 2007 merger of idCAD and PCO Technologies, Carl assumed the position of head of operations for North America, where he put together a team of talented individuals who trusted him and pursued the company’s continued growth in the region. Carl graduated with a degree in computer engineering from the Université Laval in 1997. He began his career as a PLM consultant for ACT, and as team leader was pivotal in setting up a PLM solution for many clients in Europe and Asia.

     

 

 

FLAVIEN PARREL - EUROPEAN sales 

Flavien Parrel joined PCO Innovation in 2002 as a sales manage and was promoted to a sales director position in 2006. For 10 years, he has been deeply involved in developing PCO Innovation’s business and has become a key player in the company’s transformation into its current role as the world's independent PLM services leader. Before joining PCO Innovation, Mr. Parrel has had a successful career as a sales engineer, large accounts manager, sales manager, and business unit manager for some of the world’s largest PLM/ERP developers (PTC, Sage, etc.). With more than 15 years in PLM sales (service and software), Mr. Parrel has developed an insider’s knowledge of the PLM market, its services and its environment.

     

 

 

SÉBASTIEN GRAU - presales and technologies

After four years in PLM software development, Sébastien Grau joined PCO Innovation in 2000. He held successive positions as PLM solutions expert, implementation project manager, and business consultant. He then served as head of products and marketing for France. A strong PLM supporter interested in addressing manufacturing requirements and spreading the PCO model internationally, Mr. Grau has set up and leads the “DOT” team, which provides support to the company’s sales and operations. This team has one key objective––ensuring the quality of the PLM technology integration services that PCO Innovation provides.

     

 

 

PHILIPPE GAUTREAU - business consulting

Following four years in the aeronautics industry, Philippe Gautreau joined one of the largest PLM software developers and worked there for over 10 years, initially as a support engineer, then as a product consultant, and finally as head of technology. To enrich his practical PLM experience with a more strategic vision, he enrolled in an Executive MBA program at EM Lyon Business School. After completing the program, he joined PCO Innovation, where, in 2008, he became director of consulting services. Since then he has been developing PCO Innovation’s consulting activities by focusing on capitalization, communication, and methodology.
